WHAT WE DO
Three Things.
In That Order.
The review comes first. What follows depends on what it finds, and sometimes the honest answer is that nothing should.
// 01 · THE FRONT DOOR
The Manufacturing Technology Efficiency Review
One on-site visit. We follow up to three workflows end to end, watching how information actually moves rather than how the process document says it does.
You get a current-state map, a directional estimate of what the friction costs, and up to five prioritized findings — each with evidence, a confidence level, effort and risk, a named decision owner, and a next action.
Fixed fee, agreed in writing before anything starts. Findings within seven business days, walked through in a 60-minute meeting.
What You Get
- Intake and permitted document review
Before the visit, so the on-site hours go to observation.
- Three to four hours on your floor
Observation only. Nothing logged into, scanned or changed.
- Current-state map and impact estimate
Sized and labeled, with fact, estimate and assumption kept separate.
- Up to five prioritized findings
Each written so you can make a decision from it.
- Findings document and 60-minute meeting
Within seven business days. Yours to keep and hand to anyone.
// 02 · IF THE FINDING IS WORTH ACTING ON
Scoped Implementation
Never bundled into the review. Priced and dated separately, after you decide.
Making Systems Talk
Data moving between the systems you already own instead of through a person with a keyboard.
Retiring The Critical Spreadsheet
Moving the workbook that runs your scheduling or costing into something that survives a resignation.
Capturing Data Where It Happens
Recording information at the point of work. Scanning, floor terminals, mobile capture, digital forms.
Practical Automation And AI
Applied to the specific task a finding identified, with a real cost and a clear boundary on where data goes.
Reporting People Will Use
The number your plant manager rebuilds by hand every week, produced automatically from the system that already holds it.
Or Nothing At All
If the fix belongs with your vendor, your team, or a specialist we're not, we say so. A referral is a legitimate outcome.
Why implementation is a separate decision: a review written by someone whose income depends on selling the fix isn't trustworthy. So the review is priced and delivered on its own, and you're free to take the findings to anyone.
// 03 · ONLY FOR REVIEW CLIENTS
Ongoing Advisory
A technical voice in the room the next time a vendor quotes you something, a system decision comes up, or somebody proposes solving a problem with software.
Scheduled and deliberately limited. Not a help desk, not on-call support, and not a retainer that quietly turns into one.
Offered only where it would earn its keep. If a second review in eighteen months would serve you better, we'll say so.
What Advisory Covers
- A read on vendor proposals
What the quote commits you to, and what it leaves out.
- Sequencing what the review found
Which finding to act on first, and what to hold.
- A sounding board on new pressure
A customer requirement, a second shift, a new line. What it means for how information has to move.
- An honest read on AI claims
What's ready for a plant your size, and what's still a demo.
// WHAT WE DON'T DO
The Short List
- Help desk or break/fix
No ticket queue, no on-call support, no same-day reactive work. If a server is down right now, we're the wrong call.
- Formal compliance or certification
CMMC, ISO, Industry 4.0, or a signed cybersecurity audit. Different discipline, different provider.
- Software reselling
We take no vendor commissions. Nothing in a findings document is there because someone pays us a margin on it.
- Multi-site transformation
One facility, one review. If a finding applies across your other plants, that's useful to know, but rolling it out is a scope we'd decline.
- Guaranteed savings
You get a directional estimate with its confidence stated. Anyone promising a percentage before walking your floor is selling, not estimating.
