LEGAL
Terms Of Service
How the website may be used, and the ground rules for any automation work we quote and do for you.
Last updated: November 1, 2026
These terms apply to quantechit.com and to services provided by Quantech IT, LLC ("Quantech IT", "we", "us") to you or your business ("you"). By using the site or approving a quote, you agree to them. Questions go to mick@quantechit.com.
1. Using this website
You may read, share and link to the content on this site. Please do not copy it wholesale onto another site, attempt to break or overload it, or submit forms with false information or on someone else's behalf without their permission.
Blog posts and guides are general information, written in good faith, but they are not legal, compliance or professional advice for your specific situation. Check anything that matters with someone who knows your setup before relying on it.
We link to third-party tools and sites we do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
2. Quotes and scope
No paid work starts without a written quote that you approve. The quote states what will be done, what "done" looks like, the price, and the scheduled date. It is the agreement for that job; if it conflicts with these terms, the quote wins.
The free fit call is a conversation, not a commitment by either side. Anything we suggest on the call is a recommendation until it is in a quote you approve.
If the work turns out to need more than the quote covers, we stop and ask before doing more. Additional work is quoted separately, and you are never charged for work you did not approve.
3. Services
- Automation Fix. $150 flat per issue: one broken integration diagnosed, repaired, tested and written up. If we find more than one issue, we tell you and ask before going further.
- Lead System Setup and Follow-Up & Funnels. Priced per project in the written quote.
- Automation Care. A monthly plan, offered only for systems we built or fixed. It runs month to month, at the price and with the scope stated in the quote, and either side can end it with notice before the next billing period.
4. Your accounts and access
Work is done in your own accounts. You add us as a user or collaborator in the tools involved; we do not ask for your passwords. You can see what we change and remove our access at any time.
You are responsible for:
- Having the right to give us access to the tools and data involved.
- Your subscriptions to third-party tools and their fees, and for complying with those tools' own terms.
- Having a reasonable backup or export of anything critical before work starts, where the tool allows it.
- Naming one person who can answer questions and approve the finished work.
- How your business uses the systems we build, including the messages you send your own customers and your obligations under email, text-messaging and privacy laws.
We handle any data we can see in your accounts as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Testing, handoff and the 30-day workmanship fix
We test each build end to end before handing it over, and provide a written handoff describing how it works.
If something we built or fixed stops working within 30 days of handoff because of our workmanship, we fix it at no charge. This does not cover problems caused by changes made by you or others after handoff, by a third-party tool changing its features, pricing, API or limits, by an account or subscription lapsing, or by work outside the original quote. We are happy to quote those separately.
6. Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit and when the balance is due, are stated in the quote. Automation Care is billed monthly. If an invoice goes unpaid past its due date, we may pause scheduled work until it is settled.
7. Scheduling and response times
Work is scheduled for the date in your quote. We reply to inquiries and client messages within one business day. If a scheduled date has to move on our side, we will tell you as early as we can and agree a new one with you.
8. Ownership
Once paid for, the automations, configurations and documentation we create for you are yours. They live in your accounts, and you can keep using, changing or handing them to someone else without asking us. We keep the right to reuse our general know-how, techniques and non-confidential templates in other work.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, customer data and account details confidential and use them only to do your work. We will not name you as a client or describe your project publicly without your permission.
10. No guarantee of business results
We guarantee our workmanship as described above. We cannot guarantee business outcomes such as more leads, more sales or a particular response rate, because those depend on your market, your offer and how leads are handled once they arrive.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job (or, for Automation Care, the fees paid in the three months before the claim). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost business, or for outages, changes or data loss caused by third-party tools. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Ending work
Either side can end a project early by telling the other in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point, and we hand over whatever has been built along with notes on where it stands.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. If a dispute comes up, we would rather talk it through first. If that fails, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Work already quoted is done under the terms in place when you approved the quote.
